About Us
Lydia Soedadi mixologist and trainer extraordinaire. After extensively traveling the world, she discovered that her passion lay in bartending and hospitality. Her resume includes bar, club, and hotel pre-openings and openings, both in Europe and the Far East. She has run her own bar consultancy and training company before co-founding XO Hospitality with Boudewijn, and has travelled extensively around the world on consulting jobs. Several of her students and mentors have gone on to win prestigious prizes in the bar industry. Lydia is a well-known expert in her field and can often be found on industry panels and judging committees in the Netherlands.
Boudewijn Mesritz has had a passion for the hospitality industry since the age of 11, when he wandered into the Ritz Hotel in Paris and immediately knew that this was his calling. Dishwasher, delivery boy, commis waiter, waiter, bartender, cook, manager… Boudewijn has held all of these positions in his career. With a B.Sc in International Hospitality Management from the prestigious Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, Switzerland, Boudewijn has since managed bars and restaurants in both the United States and Europe ranging from beach properties to 5-star hotels.
